Engelmann Spruce top/Indian Rosewood back/sides. Ebony bindings

25 frets. A composer-guitarist in San Francisco wanted 25 frets on a baritone guitar and I designed his baritone similar to this. I decided to try a regular Spanish classical type 650MM scale jazz prototype using a similar design. The extra long fretboard necessitated a split soundhole. This was a functional necessity rather than a style feature. The rest of the features are pure classical. Patterned after the famous 1943 Hauser.

It is comfortable to play and has a really big sound. K&K pickup.   Bought by Rudy Marquez
